Fair Lawn is a diverse, middle-class borough of over 33,000 residents in central Bergen County. Bordered by the Passaic River to the south and Saddle River to the west, Fair Lawn developed rapidly after World War II with the Radburn planned community, one of the first neighborhoods in America designed around the automobile.
